How it Works

Select the items to return or exchange.

After your return has been confirmed, use an Instant Refund Vouchers to immediately place a new order. Or, get $ back to your original payment method within 2-weeks of receiving your item at our warehouse. Note: Instant Refunds Vouchers are only available for returns, not exchanges.

Place your item(s) in its original packaging with your return slip. Print your pre-paid shipping label and send your package back to us.

Common Return & Exchange Questions

Is it easy to return or exchange items?

Yes! Once your return or exchange is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by our warehouse, you'll receive your refund within two weeks of receiving your item.

What is your exchange policy?

We only accept exchanges of equal value on the same style originally purchased. Print your return label and ship your item(s). We will refund you within two weeks of receiving your items. If you are looking to replace for a different style, please select a return reason.

What's an Instant Refund? 

Commando provides Instant Refund Vouchers during your return process so you can shop for something new right away! Just use your code in the gift card field at checkout and your order will be placed. We will refund any outstanding balances within two weeks of receiving your return. If products were purchased with a gift card or previous Instant Returns Voucher you will not qualify for Instant Refund. Exchanges are not eligible for an Instant Refund. 

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 30 days. Returns are subject to a $7 shipping label fee unless the product is being exchanged. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Sale items or items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of ship date, if unworn or unopened.

Do you accept returns/exchanges from retail stores or online retailers?

We only accept returns from items purchased on We cannot accept or process returns & exchanges from retail stores and other online retailers. All returns and exchanges purchased from retail stores and other online retailers must be returned at their location of purchase.
